This can be depressing for a patient who has worked tirelessly to become a normal weight, or even fit, but unable to see the results.

Typically, massive weight loss patients will face significant skin excision, some degree of liposuction, potentially a tummy tuck, and maybe even a breast lift and/or an augmentation.
